Recreation Centre Bookings
To book the Recreation Centre, please complete the following:

Complete the Health & Safety Risk Analysis Form (RAMs) and email / deliver to office

Complete the Hire Agreement (Terms and Conditions) and email / deliver to office

Log into Ezybook and complete your online booking

Payment of Bond into ASB Mangawhai Beach School account 12-3094-0106669-01 ($200) - refundable at the conclusion of booking. Reference your payments Rec Centre and Ezybook reference number
Costs:

One-off court hire $25 plus GST per hour

Regular court hire $20 plus GST per hour
-
Special events $50 plus GST per hour

Multiple day-full day hire $150 plus GST per day
Payments can be made into account 12-3094-0106669-01 once invoicing has been completed and emailed to you. Reference your payments with the invoice number.
