To book the Recreation Centre, please complete the following:

1. Complete the Health & Safety Risk Analysis Form (RAMs) and email / deliver to office

2. Complete the Hire Agreement (Terms and Conditions) and email / deliver to office

3. Log into Ezybook and complete your online booking

4. Payment of Bond into ASB Mangawhai Beach School account 12-3094-0106669-01 ($200) - refundable at the conclusion of booking.  Reference your payments Rec Centre and your name.

Costs:

• One-off court hire $30 plus GST per hour

• Regular court hire $25 plus GST per hour

• Special events $50 plus GST per hour

• Multiple day-full day hire $200 plus GST per day    

Invoices for bookings are created around the 20th of each month.   When your invoice is emailed to you, payment is required within 14 days.
